1. Processing & Shipping Time
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping for orders over $300 within the continental United States.
- For orders under $300, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
- Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional charge.
3. Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- International shipping may be available; rates and delivery times will vary.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
4. Delivery Times
- Standard shipping within the continental U.S. typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited shipping options, if selected, will have estimated delivery times at checkout.
- Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
- We are not responsible for stolen, or delayed packages due to carrier issues.
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local carrier or neighbors.
- If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us for assistance.
