Thank you for shopping with Fitted Flat Sheets. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of receipt.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Any items that are damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

• Contact our customer support team at customerservice@thefittedflatsheets.com to request a return authorization.

• Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

• At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Do to limited product sku options. Once we are able to expand our inventory we will update this section of the policy.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
